This is a very simple fact which we all know. The up-coming demographic and cultural changes in the European societies will be wide-ranging and dramatic in the next decades. This is the second fact which is broadly known.
However when you look at these two general truths with the project makers eyes you can find a perfect motivation and frame to be actively engaged in preparing the future senior service systems for the up-coming changes. This is the initial thought behind the project "4Leaf Clover Quality Model Senior Service Sector", supported by the Leonardo da Vinci programme.
We should learn to see opportunities and advantages of the new "grey" Europe. In fact, we can grow old colourfully!
